RETURN & REFUND POLICY — THE GARAGE GALLERY

Overview

At The Garage Gallery, every print is produced with exceptional care and inspected before dispatch. Because our prints are created in small batches or made-to-order, we can only offer returns in specific circumstances outlined below.

This policy ensures fairness to our collectors while maintaining the high quality and integrity of our artworks.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only in the case of:

  • Defective or damaged prints

  • Incorrect items received

  • Transit-related damage (if reported quickly)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal taste preferences

  • Size not suitable for your space

  • Minor colour variations due to screen display differences

Every print is produced to fine-art standards; slight variations in colour or texture are normal.

2. Time Frame

All issues must be reported within:

• 7 days of receiving your order

To qualify, you must notify us within this window with clear photos of:

  • the artwork

  • the packaging (if damaged)

  • any visible defects

After 7 days, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.

3. Condition of Returned Items

If a return is approved, the item must be:

  • unused

  • unframed

  • in original condition

  • safely packaged in the original tube/box

We reserve the right to decline a refund if the item is returned damaged due to improper packaging.

4. Replacement or Refund

If an item qualifies:

  • We will replace it at no cost or

  • Offer a full refund

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method

Replacements are prioritised and shipped promptly.

5. Shipping Costs

  • For defective or damaged items, we cover all return shipping costs.

  • For any situation outside of defects, customers are responsible for return freight.

6. Custom, Large-Scale, or Special Orders

Custom-sized prints, special orders, or commissioned works are non-refundable, except in the case of verified defects.
